Updates on the Sabre

finally painted the camo on the Sabre...used Tamiya Paints...a mixture of RAF Ocean Grey and Dark Grey for the uppersides instead of barley, undersides would be RAF Medium Sea Grey and Olive Green instead of Dark Green...this would also be the 1st time I airbrushed freehand a camo paint...

that green aft of the dive break is just an improvised camo, it should not be there but since I kinda messed up on the freehand, instead of ruining the ocean grey I just added an extra green strip

the only reference I had for the camo

painted the exhaust with my own mix of chrome silver and metallic grey

and here are the results of my preshade...although not that much, was afraid that it might look too much dirty...

Updates on the Gearing

here's what I've done lately...applied some Mr Surfacer on some sinks that I made while I was cutting the hull of the sprue...also applied Mr Dissolved Putty on the seam and a gap I made because of again cutting more than I should have on the bridge...
